Entry Three: a summary of events that occurred on February 20th, 2005 Dearest Tour Diary:
We left the Milton Keynes, land of roundabouts, and headed for London, land of outrageous fines. We got directions to our friend, Ariana's flat. Then the day proceeded thusly: Drive to London. Get Lost. Find Ariana by accident. Serendipity prevailed; for we found Arianna and then ate Indian food, buffet style. We became acquainted with the double-decker busses and found our way to Parliament. We proceeded to protest taxation without representation.
We bought things to make for a stirfry that night, but we never did. The Indian food that comprised our luncheon magically held us over. Either that or we were much too tired to cook. Snoozers. We watched Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. Brilliant social commentary "Bullets, my only weakness. How did you know?" Before we went to
sleep, Erika told us about a book she was reading, Jonathan Strange
& Mr. Norrell. It's about magicians, and England, and Napoleon,
and fairies, and political troubles. It sounded awesome. -Joe Onward to Entry 4!
